Deposits and Withdrawals
Questions about transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
j9app supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is just ৳100. Step-by-step instructions for each method are available in Bangla on the payments page.
Deposits via bKash are generally instant — in most cases the balance is added to your j9app account within just a few seconds. Network issues may occasionally cause a slight delay. If it takes more than 15 minutes, please contact live chat.
Withdrawal processing at j9app typically takes 5 to 30 minutes. The same fast process applies to all methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. You will receive a mobile notification once the withdrawal request is completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
j9app does not charge any additional transaction fees. However, Nagad, Rocket, or bKash may apply their own transfer charges in accordance with their respective mobile banking platform policies. If you notice any unexpected deductions on a deposit or withdrawal, please let us know via live chat.
Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include: wagering requirements not met, incomplete account information, or the minimum amount (৳1,000) not being reached. Contact j9app's 24/7 live chat support to find out the reason for the rejection and get a quick resolution.
After logging in to j9app, go to the "Deposit" option and select Rocket as the payment method. Send the required amount to the Rocket number displayed, then submit the transaction reference number in the j9app portal. Follow the same process for Upay.

Questions about cricket betting, slots, live casino, and mobile gaming.
j9app allows betting on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) and all major cricket tournaments. In-play betting is also available after the match starts.
j9app offers a wide range of slot games from world-class providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. Popular titles such as Fortune Tiger, Fortune Rabbit, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Fortune Gems, and Super Ace can be found directly on the slots page. New games are added regularly.

Bonuses and Promotions
Questions about the welcome bonus, VIP cashback, and other offers.
j9app offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. This means if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x. Simply select the bonus option at the time of your first deposit and the bonus will be applied automatically.
A 10x wagering requirement means the bonus becomes withdrawable after you have placed bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you need to wager a total of ৳50,000 (losses also count toward this). This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of your deposit and bonus.
j9app has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Tiers advance through regular play, and higher tiers come with more benefits.
The usability of a bonus depends on the terms of the specific promotion. Generally, welcome bonuses are most effective for slots and casino games, though some offers apply to sports betting as well. Contact live chat for the detailed terms of each bonus.
Yes, j9app runs limited-time promotional offers for various festivals and special occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, etc.). Special bonuses are also launched during major cricket events like IPL or T20 World Cup. Contact live chat to stay updated on the latest offers.
